Allow the device to cool for at least 15 minutes between sessions, and avoid exceeding recommended treatment times.

Contraindications & Proper Usage

Infrared therapy should not be used by individuals with cardiovascular conditions, blood disorders, or implanted medical devices near the treatment area. Keep a minimum distance of 30cm between the lamp and the treatment area, adjusting for personal heat sensitivity.
