Vitalic Infrared Lamp

The Vitalic® Infrared Lamp is designed to provide targeted infrared heat therapy for temporary relief of muscle pain and spasm, chronic back or neck discomfort, and joint stiffness. The warming infrared energy may also help improve local blood circulation in the treated area.

The unit features a powerful 300W infrared halogen lamp, an adjustable swivelling body with up to 45° tilt, and selectable 5, 10 or 15-minute treatment times with automatic shut-off. Its ceramic UV-proof glass, thermal protection and hot-surface warning indicator provide additional safety during use.

Designed for convenient home or clinical use, the Vitalic® Infrared Lamp allows the treatment area to be positioned comfortably approximately 40–50 cm from the body for focused heat therapy.

• The lamp and glass surface become extremely hot during and after use. Do not touch hot surfaces.
• Maintain approximately 40–50 cm distance from the skin to reduce the risk of excessive heating or burns.
• Do not stare directly into the infrared light. Use suitable eye protection when treating near the face.
• Do not use on areas with impaired or absent heat sensation, poor circulation, open wounds, broken or severely inflamed skin, recent injury or acute inflammation.
• Do not use over known or suspected malignant tissue.
• Do not use during fever or systemic infection.
• Do not use while sleeping and do not fall asleep during treatment.
• Do not use in bathrooms, near water or in wet or moist environments.
• Do not cover the lamp or place objects on the device during operation.
• People who are pregnant, have diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, an implanted cardiac pacemaker, impaired circulation, or reduced sensitivity to heat should seek medical advice before use.
• Stop treatment immediately if excessive heat, pain, discomfort, skin irritation or another unusual reaction occurs.
• Allow the lamp to cool for approximately 15 minutes before handling, cleaning or storage.
