Warranty Registration

Airssential products are covered by a warranty offered by Boian Surgical Pty Ltd. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Boian Surgical’s sole option, of any component or equipment claimed to be defective when the claim is shown to be bona fide after an inspection by Boian Surgical.

No retailer of Airssential Products has the right to alter or modify the terms and conditions of this warranty. Proof of purchase may be required to substantiate warranty claims if you have not previously registered your warranty either via post or using the electronic form below.

Boian Surgical warrants that for the stated warranty period of each product, beginning from the purchase date, the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. Boian Surgical shall not be liable to the purchaser or others for loss of equipment use or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty.

The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of parts, components and accessories due to normal wear, damage due to improper usage or accidental user damage. Do not disassemble this device. Unauthorised disassembly of this device will void the warranty.
